I am an IT and internet enthusiast  - some may say I'm a geek. I guess I am and I wear the badge with pride. However, many years in the retail sector (sales, branch and field management, distribution [logistics], management and management training) have demonstrated that there is a need to communicate with everyone in a language they understand. So, no jargon, simple explanations and clarity are the order of the day - as I see it. If I confuse you, stop me and ask for clarification.

I have been using the web both professionally and for leisure since 1995 and so consider myself something of a veteran.

Since 1999 I have been actively helping business to develop their presence on the web, through project
definition, project management, designer selection, site design and build as well as search engine
optimisation and marketing.

After all, you might have the best web site on the web but it's no good at all if nobody comes to visit.

Alternatively, you might have done all the marketing right and may be having loads of visitors but if your site fails to meet their needs - you won't receive any orders or enquiries.
